Use Planner Spokes to Organize Your Daily Life
FREE

Planner Spokes is a very powerful tool that can help you organize many aspects of your daily life to make you more productive and more efficient. It brings many of your daily activities into a single program where they can be better managed. Planner Spokes includes:

  1. Your Calendar: add your single or recurring scheduled items, along with all the pertinent information about each item. View your calendar in standard or list format, including the heading instead of a dot shown by many smartphone calendars.
  2. Email Reminders: create a single or recurring emails to remind you about birthdays, anniversaries, bill payment dates, every 10 days to water the new trees, haircuts, etc. so you don't forget them. Also enter any notes to each item, and update the notes as necessary to provide with the latest information you want to be reminded about.
  3. ToDo Task Lists: instead of trying to remember all the things on your many spinning plates, use Planning Spokes to organize them all. By creating Categories, you will be able to create lists for home and different lists for work. Additionally, you can further break down your lists into Subcategories so you can have a ToDo Task List for each client at work, or each room in your house, or each outside project. You can also set priorities so your lists will be organized by those items that are most important. Gone are the days of using a paper daily planner where you have to copy uncompleted tasks to the next day, day after day until they are completed!
  4. Memory Joggers: instead of writing down those things on napkins, the back of used envelopes, whatever you can find, enter them so they are all in the same spot. You can also create Categories and Subcategories for your items to help make them easier to find. To further assist you in being able to quickly recall what you need, you can use our very powerful search tool to search for any words you have entered. Use this program to capture interesting website addresses and notes you come across, significant passages in books or articles you may want to refer to later. You can also use this tool to capture information from discussions like a teacher's name, directions, checklists you seldom need, but need when you need them, or anything else you come across. Wouldn't it be nice to stop telling people you are terrible with names -- simply enter them into this tool, along with the names of their children, pets, etc. so you can quickly recall the information when you need it.
  5. Completed Daily Tasks: these work like Memory Joggers above, but are organized by date. Have Planner Spokes open during your phone conversations, group discussions, or whatever you are doing, and instead of taking notes on whatever you can find, type your notes directly into this tool where they can quickly and easily be recall them when you need them using the same powerful search tool. Just be sure to click Save and Continue as you finish entering your notes.
  6. Shopping Lists: add an item you want to get at a store when you first think of it rather than trying to remember everything when you get to the store. You can organize your shopping lists by Categories and Subcategories like hardware store, grocery store (further broken down into which grocery store if you go to multiple grocery stores), department store, home improvement stores, office supplies, etc.
  7. Storage/Filing: When you put something in a box, or when you put something in a container like a freezer, shelves, etc., enter the information into this tool to know exactly what you have and where you put it. This tool also provides Categories and Subcategories of locations so you could enter you stored your purple sweater in box 3 (subcategory) in the attic (category). Or you could enter you stored that frozen salmon on the third shelf (subcategory) of the freezer (category), or you filed your paperwork on the defective toaster in the purchased folder (subcategory) in the tan filing cabinet (category). Stop looking for things you put in a safe place so you would be able to find them when you needed them!

Post Classified Ads

Take advantage of the scope and reach of CitySpokes by turning your no longer needed items into cash. Depending on what you are selling, you can post your Classified Ad at the city, county, state, region or national level, depending on how far you believe people will drive or search for your items. For example, a normal crib would most likely be sold at the city level, but an RV might yield a higher sold price if posted at the national level.

The price of Classified Ads is based on approximate site visitor reach. So, prices for smaller cities are lower than larger cities, and prices for counties, states, regions and national levels generally increase as you move up levels. Additionally, when purchasing Classified Ad packages, the more you purchase, the lower the individual ad price. Classified Ads are also "reusable," in that once you pay for an ad, you can reuse the same ad by changing the picture, text, and even the Category.

Classified Ad Packages are purchased monthly, and you can cancel at any time. For example, if you purchased a One-Ad Package, you could use that ad for three days to sell a laptop, switch the ad and sell your bicycle five days later, and continue switching to sell different items before the month ends. You can continue to pay the same monthly fee until all your items are sold.

Finally, when you post Classified Ads, you can set the "security" level for the display of the contact instructions you enter. Even if you set your ad to Minimal Security, your contact instructions are not displayed until the site visitor clicks to view it. When they do, we display and save their IP address so it is not completely anonymous. You have three security choices:

  1. Minimal Security: available to all site visitors by clicking to view the Contact Instructions you include with your ad
  2. Validated Security: only viewable by Signed In members of CitySpokes that have previously received and validated their email address that is associated with their membership.
  3. Authenticated Security: only viewable to Signed In members of CitySpokes that have previously purchased one of the services or packages within CitySpokes by using a credit card that matched their membership profile.
